Edwin Quinonez is a Registered Civil Engineer with the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District. Mr. Quinonez leads the District’s Project Planning Section which is typically tasked with preparing master drainage plans, including all supporting hydrology calculations, hydraulic analyses, quantity and cost estimates, and maps. Mr. Quinonez obtained his Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees in civil engineering from the University of Southern California. Mr. Quinonez was also actively involved with the San Bernardino and Riverside Counties Branch Younger Member Forum (YMF) since its inception in 2004. |

Steven Ledbetter is an Associate Engineer with TKE Engineering and Planning in Riverside, California. He is currently a registered Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with an Environmental emphasis from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Raised in Northern New Jersey, John Rogers Graduated from Yale Universty with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree. Following his sea service with the U.S. Navy in Southeast Asia, he Started his professional career with Sverdrup & Parcel (Now Jacob Technology) in San Franscisco and Monterey ,CA. In 1968 he joined the San Diego Civil Structural and Surveying firm of Arevalo & Deardorf. Staying with the company andits successors intil 1981, when he partnered with Structural Engineer George Grayner in Temecula, California. In 1999 he left Private Practice to become General Manager of Santa Rosa Community Services District, a public agency managing roads and municipal services in a 38 Square mile area west of Temecula. Since 2005 he has been a Principle with CLE Engineering in Murrietta and continues to work in Civil Design, Land Survaying and Hydrographic Surveying. Rogers joined ASCE in 1965. Became a member in 1978 and was made a Fellow of the Society in 1998. |

Brian D. Wolfe is an Associate Civil Engineer for the City of Redlands. His typical engineering duties include the planning, design, project management and contract procurement for paving, traffic calming, and other surface transportation projects within the city. Prior to joining the city of Redlands Brian worked for 10 years in private practice. Brian earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona where he is currently enrolled in the Masters of Transportation Engineering Program. He is also an avid woodworker and resides in Redlands with his family. |
